Women’s Affairs Center (WAC) is an independent and non-profit Palestinian NGO with the purpose of advocating women’s rights and gender equality through Empowering Women, Information and Research, and Advocacy and Outreach programs. In implementing its strategy to fulfill its vision, WAC is guided by international human rights principles, including empowerment and participation; equality and non-discrimination; and accountability to ensure justice and dignity for women

:Main Responsibilities
.Lead day-to-day operational management of the project, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets
.Supervise and support project staff, including field assistants, case managers, and facilitators
.Oversee detailed planning and coordination of activities such as GBV awareness sessions, MHPSS services, legal consultations, and training workshops
.Ensure accurate monitoring of progress against indicators and implementation of MEAL systems
.Coordinate with local stakeholders, partners, service providers, and community members to ensure inclusive and participatory programming
.Ensure accountability to affected populations through effective feedback and response mechanisms
.Prepare high-quality reports, success stories, and documentation of lessons learned
.Manage project risks and ensure compliance with WAC and donor regulations
.Ensure proper coordination with the finance and logistics teams for procurement and administrative processes
:Qualifications and Requirements
.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or other relevant fields
.Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project coordination within NGOs, preferably in GBV, MHPSS, legal aid, or community-based projects
.Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, coordination, and reporting
.Solid understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) principles
.Strong commitment to gender equality, protection principles, and humanitarian ethics
.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
.Fluency in English (written and spoken)
.Experience in proposal writing and donor reporting is highly desirable
